Imagine this: You pay tens of thousands of dollars for a custom-built website; it’s supposed to work like a dream. A global pandemic hits and, having no idea how to update your website, you reach out to your agency for help. After reaching out for help, your agency asks you for thousands of dollars and now you're stuck. You either pay or can't use the product you paid for already.

We’re pretty passionate about doing right by our clients, so we were not happy when we heard this happened to someone, and when MC Kitchen approached us with their story we were eager to help.

We had many jobs to do, and we had to get it done fast.

Here’s what we did:

New Hyper-Fast Website

It would've taken weeks to fix all the mistakes their previous agency made. Because MC Kitchen needed to go to market soon we built them a new website on Alchemy, our website editor.

Not only is MC Kitchen's website much faster now, it’s also easier to use. This allows anyone in their team to update the site on-the-fly without having to call a specialist.

Online Ordering

We worked with the great folks at ChowNow to bring Online Ordering to MC Kitchen for the first time ever. Although we don't traditionally do restaurant operations work we made an exception here. We did this as part of our promise to bring them back online better than they were.

Effective SEM

Part of how we got the word out that MC Kitchen was back and open was through Search Engine Marketing. After some initial adjustments during the re-opening, the restaurant now enjoys a very high a campaign that works for them as much as they work for their guests.

Chris is an active listener. With just a couple of calls, he understood what I wanted and, more importantly, what the business needed. He rebuilt our site at record speed and made it what it was always supposed to be - user friendly. And he was humble and kind in the process, not to mention time and cost efficient.
